Water useage is one of the single most identifiable costs for any hotel. The greater the number of rooms the greater the bills.
Reducing water consumption immediately reduces these bills and to this extent our new ‘Hotel Water Saving‘ pack produces incredible results.
The pack contains a special restrictor that fits in line with the shower hose together with an aerator that can easily replace the existing one fitted to the basin tap. Each one will control the maximum water throughput – 8 litres per minute for the shower and 6 litres per minute for the tap.
Together these clever devices can reduce water useage by up to 70% per bathroom whilst also saving the energy required to heat this water.
And in one particularly impressive case, fitting these 2 parts resulted in annual cost savings for a 200 bed hotel that were in excess of £70,000 per annum – Not bad for parts that cost less than £4000!
