medic-line-K45A customer reminded us of a very good reason why he chose Notjusttaps for taps, sinks and fittings for his new surgery in London…
He wanted a supplier able to hold his hand in choosing products and one who was there for long term after sales support.
He called on our help rather quicker than expected when he found that his installation meant that the spout of the tap reached to the edge of the sink, a useable setup but not ideal.
Most suppliers would be unwilling or unable to help but not us; we  organised  special short reach spouts (at no extra cost) that could be retrofitted to each tap without disruption to the plumbing thus solving his problem and a very good illustration why you should use Notjusttaps for your medical use sanitaryware.
