The requirements for handwashing equipment as laid down by HTM64 and the latest NHS standards require not just correct taps and sinks but also wall fitted soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers (never reusable cloth towels)  situated in close proximity to the washing stations.
To this end we are delighted to introduce Ophardt Hygiene of Germany. Whilst not the cheapest, their products are produced to exacting standards that last far longer than cheaper alternatives, incorporating special touches such as Anti-Fingerprint coatings to enhance appearance and reduce maintenenance costs,  precision handwash pump systems for liquid and foam disinfectants that allow adjustment of the dosage to reduce long term consumable costs, and fully autoclaveable components to ensure totally safe hygiene levels.
These products are complimented by hospital standard bins and hygienic glove dispensing stations designed for both hospital and care home environments.

Anti-scald bathroom products have become a legal requirement for many public use sanitary applications.
This is primarily through the fitting of Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMV2 & TMV3 valves) to either hot taps or to mixer taps to set  a maximum safe temperature – something that is vital particularly when dealing with the elderly and disabled who are more prone to accidental scalding.

Notjusttaps have added to this area with the UK introduction of the ShowerSafe Adaptor.
Brilliant in its’ simplicity, it simply attaches to bath mixer taps or water outlets and prevents burns by shutting off the water supply if the temperature rises over 48°C
It is suitable for any public facility but is particularly relevant to care homes, nursing homes and hospitals.

To provide full HTM64 compliance, the waste water should exit through a resealing bottle trap (one with a backflow prevention mechanism).
Notjusttaps now provides this with the option of a rigid plastic HTM64 resealing bottle trap by Armitage Shanks or the Pro Senzo Spacesaver bottle trap by Wirquin – both may be used in concealed or exposed applications.
In addition to these traps, there is also available a soft silicone bottle trap that gives when contact is made – it is ideally suited for users such as care homes, nursing homes or for wheelchair users.
